This Commercially zoned 27,240sf / .6+ acre Lot is a fully cleared and partially paved lot on the Main Highway through Musquodoboit Harbour, Highway #7 on the Eastern Shore and which has an older Structure at about the center of of the Lot, that structure measuring roughly 42' x 36'. This structure served as the office and service area for this previous operated Irving Oil Fueling and Service Station. This Irving Station was operated from about 1994 through to 2017 at which time the formerly operated gas station had the tanks, pumps and everything fuel related removed and the site was remediated by the professionals that Irving tends to work with. A clean report is available for review for the site. The building itself was saved as could still be used for a business but was not part of the remediation process when the station was closed.
