There are two prepared building sites are the ones where one would most likely build. Nature Reserves are one of the most strictly protected types of land in Nova Scotia, with no commercial activities allowed. Power is available nearby, with easements in place for a buyer to extend the line to their chosen location. (Unless of course they prefer to be off-grid). Finding water should not be a problem on this hillside, based on favourable experience with other cottages in the area.
