Laundry room was added and roughed in by a licensed plumber, new energy efficient ductless heat pump with two heads (one on each level), new 12’x 8’ shed, the huge backyard was extensive landscaped, and a new pressure treated wood fence to fully develop the 16,800 sq foot lot. The roof shingles are architecture series 35-year shingles, and the current age is 7 yrs old. Yes, there is more but no more room here!
