When you fill in a form, request a showing or home value, or create an account, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, property address and message. Like most websites, we also collect basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) through cookies and server logs.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, arrange showings, prepare estimates, provide the services you ask for and, if you choose, send you listing updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Email updates

We only send listing alerts or other commercial email with your consent, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.

Sharing

Your information may be shared with RE/MAX Park Place Inc. and, where needed to complete your transaction, with other parties such as cooperating brokerages, lenders or lawyers. Our website and email providers process data on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing jessicamugford0@gmail.com. This policy follows Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
